Technical Properties and Characteristics of Ceramics
We offer a nationally unique range of products of high quality alundum, steatite and cordierite ceramics. Our company specializes in short series of diverse ceramic components and parts, including cylindrical rollers, barrel rollers, tubes and rings with precisely polished surfaces, manufactured according to the customer’s specification and requirements.
Contact materials
We manufacture contact tips of the following composite contact materials:
W-Ag: tungsten–silver. Air-break switches.
W-Cu: tungsten–copper. Switches working in the explosive conditions or in the place of fire hazard, for example in mining. Switches for electric motors control in the course of continuous running, short time-duty or intermittent running. Low-oil circuit breakers of high voltage, e.g. in capacitor batteries or in transformers. Other types of switches.
W-CuSb: tungsten–copper antimony. Switches working in the explosive conditions or in the place of fire hazard, for example in mining. Switches for electric motors control in the course of continuous running, short time-duty or intermittent running. Other types of switches.
AgC: silver–graphite, and AgNi: silver–nickel. Switches of low voltage for large rated currents. Thermal switches. Distributive apparatus. Electric motors control systems.
Our applied technologies ensure excellent electric conduction; homogeneous and stable material structure; low arc erosion; low fastening; stability of operating parameters; low contact resistance; very low content of gases for switches working in vacuum. Contact tips may be supplied with a layer of brazing metal covering the assembling surface. Dimension and shape of contacts are according to the customer’s requirements.
Solders
Technical Parameters of Solders
Solders applied in vacuum-tight soldering of electrical elements, machine and equipment parts, components. Indispensable in soldering of copper, brass, ceramics elements, as well as of steel and cast-iron.
We manufacture both hard and lead solders in the form of wires and tapes of chemical composition dependent on the customer’s requirements, as well as silver wires and tapes.

We offer solders in form of tapes, wires and blocks.
Aluminum assembly tapes
We manufacture assembly tape of 1071 grade aluminum, dimension 10x1, used for quick assembly of the installation cables.
We offer tapes in 0,5 and 1 kg discs, as well as in 40, 60, 90 pieces with center hole.
